1. Bookings and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Reservation requests can be made online (when available), by phone, or in person at any JPS Hotel branch.
- Full guest details may be required to confirm your booking.
- A valid form of identification may be requested upon check-in.
2. Payment
- At present, payments can be made on location or via Paystack (for online payments).
- We do not store any payment details on our servers; all online payments are securely handled by Paystack.
- All rates are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out Time: By 12:00 PM
- Early check-ins or late check-outs may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made at least 12 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before check-in may not be eligible for a refund.
- Failure to show up without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
5. Room Usage
- Guests are expected to treat our property with care and respect.
- Any damage caused to rooms, furnishings, or property will be charged to the guest.
- JPS Hotel reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests engaging in disruptive, illegal, or harmful behavior.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect only the data necessary to fulfill bookings and provide services.
- Online payments are handled by Paystack under their privacy policies.

7. Prohibited Activities
- Use of our rooms or property for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking may be restricted in certain rooms or areas.
- Unauthorized photography, filming, or commercial activity on-site is not permitted without prior approval.
8. Media and Marketing
- With your consent, we may occasionally request to feature guest testimonials or event images in our promotional materials.
- Consent will always be requested before using personal images or names.
9. Liability
- While we strive to provide a safe and secure environment, JPS Hotel is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Guests are advised to use in-room safes where provided and exercise caution.
