At JPS Hotel, we prioritize your comfort and satisfaction. While we do not sell physical products, this policy outlines our terms for booking cancellations, refunds, and changes related to accommodation reservations.
Overview of Cancellations & Refunds
- Free Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation at no cost if done at least 12 hours before check-in time.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before check-in may not be eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds may be considered at management’s discretion based on the circumstances.
- No-shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled stay and have not cancelled, no refund will be issued.
Changes to Bookings
If you need to modify your reservation (dates, room type, etc.), please contact us directly via phone. We will do our best to accommodate your changes, subject to availability and applicable rate differences.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
